The bedrooms at The Grapes Hotel.
Here at the Grapes, the bedrooms have been refurbished to the highest standards with
modern boutique style furnishings but with the traditional features of the “old”
coaching inn still having a strong presence. The rooms are equipped with free telephone
and internet connection and crucial amenities such as flat-screen TV’s, and modern
en-suite bathrooms.
Double rooms are between £70.00 and £85.00 per night including full breakfast, or
for single occupancy £40.00 - 50.00 per night. The Manager offers special discounted
rates in January and February.
Note: booking direct with the hotel will always be cheaper that with a booking agent
e.g. booking.com, and it’s also much more personal. Check-in from 2.00pm; check-out
up to Noon. Children under five stay free of charge when using existing bedding arrangements,
but there is no space for extra beds/cots in the room. We do allow some pets in the
bedrooms; please ask. The whole hotel is non-smoking.
Cancellation policy: up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged for. In case of no-show, the
total price of the reservation will be charged. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro
cards, and a card number will be requested to secure a booking. We reserve the right
to pre-authorize a sum in advance of your stay, which will reduce the available credit
on your card.
“We were fortunate to stop at your hotel on Tuesday 12 October 2010 and felt I had
to comment. The staff were welcoming and so helpful. The food 100% and the rooms
immaculate. We had a lovely stay there and will definitely be coming again. The lady
who cooked us a lovely breakfast gave us lots of ideas for Wales. I will be passing
on your hotel and my comments to the Welsh tourist board. Thank you for making our
stay so lovely.
Joy & John.
“The staff were brilliant, the location was fantastic and the food was delicious.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit such a lovely
area.”
